This document describes the Leadership Communications Breakthrough 2 Day Program and links to the resources needed prior to and after the course.
Leadership Communications Breakthrough is aimed at high potential leaders in corporate, government and entrepreneurial environments. The course focussed deeply on how your personal identity connects with your professional role and how you can use the systems around you to affect profound, lasting, positive change.
Educating Leaders Who Make a Difference in the World
Leadership is personal. Where there is trust, there can be leadership. Where there is no trust, vision, mission and values are empty.
Over the course of an engrossing two-day session, you will examine the strengths and weaknesses of your personal leadership style. This leadership training program leverages lessons in leadership from today’s top companies as well as your inner resources and innate skills to help you become a more effective leader.
After the program ends, we will encourage you to work toward achieving the leadership goals that you established during the program. You will be able to use your close network of peers for guidance with ongoing leadership challenges.
You will return to your organization with the confidence critical to take on greater cross-functional responsibilities, an action plan specific to your personal opportunities and challenges, and a comprehensive understanding of how you can contribute to the enhancement of your organization’s performance both today and tomorrow and become the visionary leader tomorrow’s business world will demand.
The course includes a 2 day residential module, as well as 3 1-on-1 coaching sessions setting individual learning goals, short and long term leadership goals and clarity around the daily and monthly disciplines that will build a successful business and personal life.
